deepvisual worked alongside Dave Herman over 14 years ago when Dave first started to do live projections for The Orb.
At that time The Orb were awarded two silver records and one gold record, copies of which are still on the wall here at deepvisual.
Dave's show consisted of multiple Super 8 cine projectors and slides making an eclectic mix of the bizarre and the surreal.
"Weird and wonderful juxtapostions" is how Dave used to describe it. His work with The Orb inspired a whole generation of wannabe VJs.
Dave has since moved out of the projection industry, but recently the Orb's visual baton was passed back to deepvisual.
The Orb are in safe hands. deepvisual now perform a 90 minute free-form visual experience for The Orb's live shows.
